Mark did such a good job repairing a burn in my carpet today, I text him the day before and he was there the following day to fix it for me! He was on time, professional and got the job done quickly.Definitely recommend!!

Who would've thought that there was such a service as carpet stretching? Thank heavens for Ricky, his ability to to return our bedroom carpet to new has added years to its life.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!The salesman pressured me big time into purchasing new carpets from them and to pay a $1000 deposit over the phone. The next day I phoned up to cancel it but they said I had to forfeit my deposit because I had agreed to the terms and conditions" when I paid the money. Amazing customer service, managed to fit us in at very short notice over the christmas/new years period AND blew all other quotes out of the water. Everyone comments on how good our carpets and vinyl plank flooring look, it actually looks like a real wood floor and thr installation was flawless. Can't recommend enough. If you want something completed on time don't bother with these Muppets. Their double delay caused my aircon installation to blow out by almost a week, in this weather that's absolutely horrendous. Workmanship has been average at best too.

We initially went to choices Joondalup when renovating our house. We wanted carpet for the 3 bedrooms and had an idea of the colour we wanted. We were recommend a style of carpet and quality underlay and also an alternative colour, which the staff suggested would look better in our home than the colour we had in mind. We were given large samples to take home and consider to choose the colour. The advise we received was spot on, the lighter colour we were recommended just looked so much better in our home than what we initially had in mind. The carpet was supplied and laid by choices and we could not be happier with the result.Due to the great service first time around, we engaged choices for some vinal plank flooring for a commercial property we recently finished. We were once again suggested a range of products to suit our needs and budget. The product and install was organised by choices and the finished product is perfect especially on the main staircase.

Great communication, Reasonable prices & Terrible workmanship. I believe we both had a bad experience, As the subcontractor did a terrible job of laying the product. The guys in the office were honest and tried to make amends by wearing the cost of some additional work on a set of stairs. In truth they forgot to do the stairs on the original install day. In all it took 3 visits to get 3 bedrooms of vinyl laid to a very poor standard. As a business it is probably the choice between replacing the vinyl and losing money on the job or a one star google review. I feel like nobody got what they wanted but the point of a review is to be honest and if I had read about this level of workmanship I would have been prepared to spend more elsewhere.
